Coinbase Account Compromised After One Year of Inactivity — Support Unreachable

On Monday, October 27, 2025, at 12:18 a.m., I received an email notification that someone had logged into my Coinbase account from a foreign country. This account, registered under my @hotmail.com email address, has not been used for about a year.
After realizing that my account had been compromised, I attempted to contact Coinbase, but I was unable to submit a support request because the listed contact number was for a foreign country. Additionally, I did not receive any verification codes via email, so I am locked out of my account. I cannot verify whether my balance, crypto assets, or personal information have been accessed or altered.
Although two-factor authentication was active, I did not receive any authentication message on my phone.
I would like to state that I am not responsible for any transactions or activities carried out under my name during this period. I request that my account be secured immediately, my personal information protected or deleted, and that I be provided with a detailed report regarding any activity that may have occurred on my account.
