Crypto.com Closed My Accounts and Refuses to Return My Funds

I have been using the Crypto.com platform for about 4 years. At one point, I needed more accounts because one was not enough. I created a second account using a different email and phone number, transferred money into it, and realized I could not perform any trades without registering in the application. I reported the issue to the support team, who told me that one person cannot use multiple accounts with the same credentials. However, I did not use the same credentials when creating the second account, nor was there any field requiring such information. Despite this, they claimed it was a violation of the rules and stated that the account would be closed. I asked for my money to be returned before closing the account, but after some time, they closed both the second account and my original 4-year account without returning my funds. When I inquired, they repeated that it was due to a rules violation. I explained that the situation was not intentional or malicious, but it made no difference. I continued to request the return of my funds, but they kept telling me to wait. It has now been over six months with no updates. The support team no longer responds, and the last message I received was, "We no longer provide support because you have been dismissed." My funds, amounting to approximately $1,000, have effectively been confiscated. I will soon begin legal proceedings. Crypto.com has been a deeply regrettable experience.
