The moment you deposit money into crypto.com, you’re at a 7% loss. They charge extremely high fees but claim they don’t take commissions. I saw the news that they recently entered the Turkish market and decided to give it a try. I sent ETH from another account and started using it. When buying, they charge 1% above the market price, and when selling, they pay 6% below the market price. Customer service only sends standard responses with no real support or resolution. The losses are significant. If you don’t want to pay the fast transfer fee for internal transfers, the normal transfer option claims it takes 12 hours but actually takes 8 hours, which we tested. This is definitely a platform to avoid.

No matter how much the crypto market rises, when you want to withdraw your cryptocurrency, you can only get an amount around what you initially invested. You never have a chance to profit. If the cryptocurrency you bought decreases in value, you leave the system with much less money than you invested. I suspect that the invested money is never transferred to the crypto exchange, because you have no chance of winning. You wait for a while, and when you try to sell, you face the reality. Customer service, live support lines, and all representatives on social networks do nothing but stall you, and eventually, you get tired of it. You are not taken seriously. The images are screenshots of the market with instant buying and selling. Crypto.com is definitely a regret!
