I Still Can’t Access My Creality Printer Camera After Update Promised a Fix

About three months ago, I purchased a Creality printer. When I first set it up, I had no trouble adding the printer to the Creality app. However, even then, I couldn’t access the built-in camera through the app—only through the computer. That alone was a major letdown, because live monitoring via the app was one of the main reasons I chose this product.
At least I could still see basic details like how much time was left on a print. But that all changed a month ago after a firmware update. Since then, I haven’t even been able to re-add the printer to the app—it’s like the device doesn’t exist.
Then came another update just a week ago. The release notes said camera access through the app had finally been fixed. I got my hopes up, installed the update immediately… and again, nothing. The same problem remains.
