Coursiv keeps billing me after I canceled, how can I fully stop the subscription?

If you signed up through the Coursiv website, log in to your account and go to your biography or account settings.

Then go to Subscriptions/payment and click Cancel Subscription. Do this at least 24 hours before the end of your payment cycle to stop your subscription from renewing.

To cancel your Apple App Store subscription, go to Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, open Subscriptions, find Coursiv, and tap Cancel Subscription. 

To cancel your Google Play subscription, open the Play Store app, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, choose Coursiv, and tap Cancel Subscription.

If Coursiv keeps charging you after you've cancelled, email [email protected] or create a ticket in their Support Center.

Include screenshots or proof of billing and demand that they instantly deactivate your account and stop charging you.
