CosWeirdos Sweatshirt Unshipped After One Month

On September 7, 2025, I placed an order for a sweatshirt (#8153) through CosWeirdos’ official website and paid ₺1,678 with my debit card. I knew the order was a pre-order, but I kept being told that it would be shipped “by the weekend.” Even after a month, my product has still not been shipped. During this time, I contacted them multiple times via WhatsApp, but each time I was given the same excuse. I finally requested a refund, yet my message was only seen and never answered. This is the first time my order has been delayed this long, and I feel mistreated. I request that my product be shipped to me as soon as possible.
