About a month ago, I purchased a sweatshirt from Cosweirdos, and it took nearly two weeks for them to ship it. I never received the order, and it was returned to them with no communication or update on what happened. They promised to initiate a refund process, but there has been no movement, and my messages are being ignored. This lack of response and transparency is extremely frustrating. I expect Cosweirdos to address this immediately, process my refund, and improve their customer service to prevent this from happening to others.
