I Face a Delayed Mavi Return and Still Have Not Received My Refund

I purchased a T-shirt from the Mavi store through N11 using my credit card under order number 202923595330, with delivery to my address in Van on May 11.
To return the product, I handed it over to Kolay Gelsin, the shipping company contracted by Mavi, from my address in Van on May 15. The return shipment was sent with tracking number 192595795. Although approximately one week passed after I shipped the item, I was informed by Mavi that my return request had been rejected because the product had not yet reached their store.
When I contacted Kolay Gelsin customer service, I was told that the shipment still appears to be in transit. After reviewing other customer complaints, I noticed many similar cases in which return shipments failed to reach the store, resulting in rejected return requests.
Throughout this process, I contacted Mavi in writing but have not received any response. I also spoke with both N11 customer service and Kolay Gelsin customer service and had support records created, but no concrete solution has been provided. I shipped the product on time and used the return carrier designated by the seller, so I do not accept being negatively affected by delays or disruptions in the shipping process.
I request that my return shipment with tracking number 192595795 be delivered to the Mavi store as soon as possible and that the amount paid for the product under order number 202923595330 be refunded to my credit card without further delay.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I intend to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I also find it unacceptable that my refund has still not been processed despite the amount of time that has passed since I returned the product.
