Asus ROG Strix Claymore Keyboard Add-on Bond Is Not Available for Sale

I own an Asus ROG Strix Claymore keyboard, and unfortunately, the country-specific add-on, Bond, is not available for sale here. The customer support is quite disappointing; when I contacted them, they mentioned that they couldn't assist me. I've been using so many Asus products, and if I knew this would be the level of support, I wouldn't have chosen them in the first place. Asus's support should not leave the customer hanging like this. It's frustrating to feel stuck without a solution.
