I specifically informed the relevant authorities that they could reach me after 4 PM, and kindly requested them to contact me during that time. Unfortunately, despite my request, they called me before 4 PM, and the communication challenges have persisted. This delay has further prolonged the resolution of my issue. Additionally, I would like to highlight that the amount of 600 TL (Turkish Lira) provided by your company is insufficient. This sum does not even cover the installment for the product I sent under warranty. Therefore, I demand a full refund. The lack of satisfactory resolution and the negative experiences throughout the warranty process have diminished my trust in your company.
