Corsair Refused Warranty for My HS55 Headset With Constantly Detaching Pads

I purchased a Corsair HS55 headset on December 31, 2024, and for about 1.5 months the ear pads have been constantly coming off. I contacted Corsair to have the product inspected under warranty, but it was rejected on hygiene grounds and no support was provided. However, the fact that the product has become unusable in this way should have been considered a manufacturing or material-related defect. My invoice number is Hd02024000044189. Since the issue persists, I request that my grievance be resolved through either a product replacement or a refund.
