Corsair HS75 XB Headset Showing Yellow Light – Unresponsive After 3 Months
I purchased my Corsair HS75 XB headset about 3 months ago, and today, after removing the microphone, it started showing a yellow light. No matter what I do, the headset remains unresponsive. I’ve tried pressing the power button and plugging it in to charge, but nothing works—the yellow light stays on, and the headset won’t function. I have no idea what to do next, and I’m frustrated that this issue has come up so soon after purchase. I’d appreciate it if Corsair support could get in touch with me and help resolve this problem as quickly as possible.
