Corendon Airlines Charged My Card Without Issuing a Ticket

At 11:53 AM, I purchased a flight ticket using my bank card through Corendon Airlines’ official website. The payment was successfully deducted from my account; however, I did not receive any ticket confirmation or reservation number. Today, I tried contacting Corendon customer service five or six times, but I either couldn’t get through or the call was disconnected during the conversation. I was unable to get any assistance.

This is my first time booking a ticket with Corendon, and this situation has caused me serious inconvenience. I urgently request that an explanation be provided and that my issue be resolved immediately, including either receiving my ticket or a full refund for the payment made.
