On November 17, 2025, at 4:00 PM, I used my Corby CX033 drone—purchased on Trendyol and still under warranty—for the very first time. In normal weather conditions, with no wind and clear sunshine, I flew the drone at a medium height for about 3–4 minutes. Suddenly, the connection was lost, and the drone disappeared. There were no warnings, error messages, or any unusual signs during use.
After looking into it, I found that other users have experienced the same problem. There was no warning about this issue on the product box, in the manual, or in the Trendyol listing. At this point, all I have left is the controller and the carrying case.
My expectation is that the issue causing the drone to disappear be investigated, and if this is found to be a common problem, that my situation be resolved by providing a replacement device. Experiencing such a failure on the very first use is unacceptable. I am waiting for your response and a proper solution.
