MetaMask Telegram Support Scam Locked My MASK, BNB, and USDT Swap

I use a MetaMask wallet connected to the BNB network, and about a week ago I ran into a serious problem while trying to swap my MASK tokens to USDT. Instead of completing a normal transaction, I was redirected through my mentor to a so-called support account on Telegram using the name @Metamask**support, and my mentor handled the communication with them.
This “support” account told me that I needed to add 1 BNB to my wallet in order to complete the transaction. I followed that instruction, but after I added the funds, they told me the deposit had been made “incorrectly” and that I needed to top up the wallet again. I made another deposit as requested, but the swap still does not work and the system continues to show an error.
As a result, I now have about $6,100 worth of funds — including MASK, BNB, and other assets — effectively blocked, and I cannot swap my MASK to USDT or freely access my assets.
I am very concerned that the communication with @Metamask**support may have been fraudulent, because the repeated demands for additional BNB and the continuing error appear highly suspicious, while my funds remain inaccessible.
I request a full investigation of this situation, assistance with recovering access to my assets, restoration of normal access to my MetaMask funds, and, if possible, the return of all amounts I was pressured into depositing in BNB and MASK based on these instructions.
I also request a clear written explanation of what happened and the implementation of measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
