Complaint About Payoneer Customer Support
I am writing to express my frustration with the way my issue has been handled by Payoneer customer service regarding my personal Payoneer account. I currently cannot access my account because of a problem with two‑step verification linked to my old phone number, and I have been trying to get this resolved since February 23. My request is simple: I need my phone number updated and my account access restored as soon as possible. On March 7 your representative from Payoneer Customer Care emailed me, acknowledging that I wanted to change the phone number associated with my two‑step verification. In that email, I was told that, in order to proceed, I needed to provide my full name, date of birth in US format, and the number of the ID I had previously provided to Payoneer. I immediately supplied all of the requested information in my reply. Despite sending everything that was asked for, I have not received any meaningful response for days. Instead of progress, I have only experienced long delays and repeated requests for information I have already provided multiple times. This has left me unable to log in to my account and manage my finances, causing serious inconvenience and unnecessary stress. My latest case details are as follows: [260307-000***] and #540963***. I urgently request that my phone number be updated without any further delay, that my two‑step verification be reset accordingly, and that my access to my Payoneer account be fully restored. I also expect clear communication explaining why this process has taken so long and assurance that similar delays and repetitive requests will not occur again.
