Columbia Shoes Cause Sweating Despite Four-Season Guarantee

I purchased Columbia shoes after being assured they were suitable for all seasons and would not cause sweating. However, after wearing them for just two hours, my feet became uncomfortably sweaty, even in cold weather. On October 20, I contacted the store, and the employee told me not to wear them in warm weather and refused to send the shoes for warranty evaluation.

Previously, I had sent the same shoes for warranty due to tearing issues, and now I am facing another problem. This product has caused nothing but frustration since I bought it. I am requesting a refund for this purchase as it has failed to meet the promised standards and caused unnecessary inconvenience. Columbia, I expect prompt action to resolve this issue.
