Columbia Sent Me Fewer Shoes Than Ordered – No Response to My Complaint

I ordered three pairs of shoes from Columbia’s official website, but when my package arrived, there were only two pairs inside. One item was completely missing.
I immediately reported the issue on February 6, 2025, which was the scheduled delivery date, yet Columbia has not responded or provided any update regarding my missing item. It is unacceptable that a company of this size is so unresponsive to a clear mistake on their end.
If I do not receive an update soon, I will escalate my complaint to Consumer Rights authorities and CİMER. Columbia, fix this immediately—send me the missing item or issue a full refund! Ignoring customers is not an option!
