On April 7, 2026, I placed order number 661484 through Columbia’s official website (www.columbia.com.tr) using my credit card. I returned the product the next day. However, as of April 28, 2026, my refund has still not been processed.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that my refund has not yet been submitted to the bank, and that once it is submitted, it will take an additional 10 days to complete. When I asked for a reference or inquiry number, I was told that none could be provided and that I simply need to wait. Furthermore, although the product was delivered to me within 3 days, the system shows the return date as April 20, 2026, and they stated that the 10-day refund process would only begin from that date.
This creates the impression that my money is being unnecessarily delayed. Due to these delays and inconsistent information, I have been inconvenienced.
I request that my refund be processed immediately and that the payment be returned to my credit card without any further delay.
