Columbia Received My Return but Hasn’t Issued a Refund – Still Waiting

Fifteen days ago, I made a purchase from Columbia’s online store. Later, I decided to return the item and initiated a refund request. I shipped the product back, and Columbia confirmed receipt of the return. However, despite them having the item, my refund still hasn’t been processed.

It is extremely disappointing that a brand like Columbia is delaying refunds. Holding onto customers’ money after a successful return is unacceptable. I have waited long enough, and I will never shop with Columbia again if this issue is not resolved.

My order number: 531807. Columbia, process my refund immediately! Customers should not have to chase down their own money!
