On April 20, 2026, I placed order number 666722 through Columbia’s official website for the Payton Pass II Interchange Women’s 3-in-1 jacket. At the time of purchase, the website clearly showed that the size M was in stock, which is why I chose to buy it online.
However, on April 28, 2026, my order was canceled by Gözalan Group with the explanation that the product could not be supplied, and a refund was issued. During the approximately one-week period in between, my order was kept pending without any communication or updates.
What makes this situation more frustrating is that on April 20, I had actually found the same product in size M at a physical store, but I chose not to buy it because the website showed it as available and I trusted the online order. Now, I have neither the product nor access to the discounted price I originally ordered it for.
I have been inconvenienced due to the item being shown as in stock and then canceled days later due to supply issues. I request that the product be provided to me at the original discounted price and that my inconvenience be resolved.
