Brand New Columbia Shoes Torn in 3 Months , They Blame Me for Damage

I regret to inform you about a problem with my shoes. I bought colombia brand shoes on 14.09.2023 but I did not use them. I have been using it for 3 months. In such a short time, the front left part of my shoe was torn. My shoes went for inspection, but they said it was user error and returned the same shoe. As a user, I was very saddened by the fact that he returned it saying it was a user error, even though it had not been used for more than a year and it had been 2-3 months since I had used it.
