I Got Blocked by CoinTR - They Still Hold My Money

The CoinTR platform blocks your account using an excuse. I am one of many people who have been affected by this issue, and I’ve experienced a similar problem on another platform before—but in that case, I was able to get my money back. What makes this worse is that CoinTR has not provided any clear explanation or timeline for resolving the issue. I have contacted their support multiple times, but all I receive are generic responses. I will no longer use CoinTR, and I am requesting that the funds in my account be returned to me.
