CoinEx locked me out after two-factor reset, how can I regain access?

Go to coinex.com and click "Log In" to begin. To start the restart process, answer "Security authentication unavailable?" when asked for 2FA.

You'll be led through steps to verify your identity, which could include answering security questions or sending in papers.

If the security questions don't let you reset your token, you'll need to send a picture of yourself holding your ID and a note with the current date that says "Apply to reset TOTP on CoinEx."

Make sure that your whole face and neck can be seen, and that the text on your ID is legible.

For accounts that haven't been KYC-verified yet, you may need to provide extra proof like screenshots of transactions.

If you have experienced a similar issue, please feel free to share. You can also file a complaint on Xolvie.
