Cannot Access Coinex Account Due to Inactive Yahoo Email Address

I am unable to access my Coinex account because the Yahoo email linked to it was deactivated due to inactivity. For days, I have been emailing Coinex to update my email address, but they have not provided a solution or even shown any concern.
I have all the necessary account details, including my passwords and phone number, yet Coinex refuses to assist me in resolving this issue. My inability to access my account is causing significant inconvenience.
I urgently request Coinex to address this matter and allow me to update my email so I can regain access to my account. This level of unresponsiveness from customer support is unacceptable.
