Coin Master Slot Reset to Start Despite Max Level, Requesting Compensation

In Coin Master, while spinning the slot machine at max level, it suddenly reset me back to the beginning. The attached photos clearly show the issue. After investing so much money into this game, this is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve been planning my gameplay based on reaching max level, and I know other players have experienced the same problem. I’m requesting immediate compensation for this error. I will be posting this complaint everywhere until the issue is resolved.
