Udemy Course Refund Request

I purchased the course “SAP MM Material Management Full Course” by Mallipamulla Shekar on Udemy on 02/09/2026 with the order number AD-666D4F6C57334F6D6D36742B59673D3D. I have not completed even a single video, my course progress is still at zero, and I am not satisfied with the content quality, so I decided to request a refund within one day of purchase. However, when I tried to start the refund process, Udemy displayed a message on the site stating that I am not eligible for a refund. This is very disappointing, as I am within a very short period after purchase, I have not used the course, and I am simply not satisfied with what is provided. I request that Udemy either issue a full refund back to my original payment method or, at least, provide the equivalent amount as Udemy credits to my account so that I can enroll in another course that better fits my needs. I kindly ask for this situation to be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
