Codashop Support Failed to Fix My Error 750 Payment Problem

I have been trying to top up eFootball through Codashop for a long time, but I keep receiving an “error 750” message during the payment step whenever I use my own bank card. This issue has been going on for approximately 2–3 months, and I encounter the same error every time I try. What makes this especially strange is that I can complete purchases without any problem using another bank card, but I cannot complete the transaction with my own card. It is also concerning that I can use my bank card smoothly on other websites and platforms, yet I experience this issue only on Codashop.
I previously contacted Codashop support, and they gave me the usual suggestions such as trying a different card, changing my browser, and making sure my VPN was turned off. However, none of these steps solved the problem, and I continue to receive the same error whenever I try to make a payment with my own card.
I request that Codashop review my account and transactions in detail, permanently resolve this “error 750” issue, and allow me to make payments with my own bank card so I can top up eFootball without any further problems.
