Yemek Sepeti Does Not Let Me Use My Own Couriers and Hurts My Business

Although we prefer not to collaborate with Yemeksepeti couriers, they restrict us from utilizing our own. This has a detrimental effect on our restaurant, creates discomfort for our customers, and results in unfavorable feedback. The sole entity accountable for this situation is Yemeksepeti and their unfair policies. We have the capability to deliver quicker and superior service with our dedicated team, but we are compelled to rely on the couriers they designate. This leads to delays in the ordering process and diminishes customer satisfaction. We have contacted you several times seeking a resolution, yet all we received in return was a lack of concern. A business deserves the freedom to operate as it sees fit, but we are facing limitations due to Yemeksepeti’s inconsistent policies. I strongly urge for a transformation in this system that is negatively impacting our business.
