Coach Outlet Order Not Shipped, Tracking Number Not Working
I made a purchase for a couple of things on the Coach website after stumbling upon a great bargain. But things went downhill as soon as I finished paying. The tracking number they gave me ain't working, so I can't see where my package is right now. I'm not sure if my order has been shipped yet.
I've been trying to reach customer service several times, but I just can't seem to get through. The live chat just keeps sending the same automated responses over and over again. I've sent my complaint to the email address three times, but unfortunately, no solution has been offered. I would like a refund for my purchase. I'm no longer interested in the product.
