I Lost All My Money on Cloudex After Trusting Representatives
I experienced a serious grievance on the Cloudex platform during leveraged transactions that were opened entirely under the direction of the platform’s representatives. Starting from 18.08.2025, I was repeatedly told by representatives that I had opened faulty trades, that my account would be liquidated, and that I urgently needed to deposit more money to save it. As a result, I transferred a total of ₺174,500 through Akbank and Garanti Bank, even though I had initially started trading with only ₺5,500. I was verbally assured that all transactions within the first seven days were covered by insurance and that my money would be refunded in case of a stop-out. A contract was also sent to me via WhatsApp for signature, and I was asked for a photo of my ID, while I was additionally promised a $750 credit “to guarantee the trades.” However, despite all these verbal and written commitments, my entire balance was wiped out within a few hours, leaving me in a very difficult situation. I request the return of my funds and urgent resolution of this grievance.
