Clinique Product Not Listed in Tracking System – Concerns About Safety and Authenticity

I purchased a Clinique product directly from their official website, but the product doesn’t show up in their tracking system. When I reached out for an explanation, the response was unsatisfactory, with claims that "sometimes it may not show up." I cannot accept this explanation. How can I trust a product bought online without the ability to verify it?
The product I received is a pump bottle with no protective seal, so there's no guarantee it hasn’t been used before. There also seems to be an issue with the fill level. If the product was traceable in the system, I could use it confidently, but I don’t feel comfortable using it under these conditions. I need a proper resolution.

There was absolutely no response from the company.
