I recently purchased Clinique Moisture Surge 100H, a product I had long desired but couldn’t afford due to its high price. I pushed my budget and spent ₺2,444 on it at Sephora, but it was a complete disappointment. The product is ineffective and lacks any noticeable benefits, which is shocking for a brand I’ve trusted for years for high-quality skincare.
Adding to my frustration, I later discovered the same product is being sold online for just ₺535. I feel cheated by both Sephora and Clinique. How can such a price disparity exist for the same item?
I am deeply dissatisfied and request that this issue be addressed immediately. Both brands need to explain and resolve this unfair situation.
