Clinique Moisture Surge 100H Didn’t Hydrate My Skin – Dissatisfaction Complaint
I purchased the Clinique Moisture Surge 100H Auto-Replenishing Hydrator from the official Clinique Turkey website about nine and a half months ago, and I’m very dissatisfied with the product. The advertised claim of “100 hours of lasting hydration” is completely misleading — I don’t even feel any moisturizing effect overnight. Moreover, within the first five minutes after application, I experience a burning sensation on my skin, though no visible irritation has appeared.
I have always applied the product on clean skin and used it exactly as instructed. When I called Clinique customer service to express my dissatisfaction, they mockingly suggested a video call to show me how to apply the cream properly. I honestly don’t understand how a moisturizer could possibly be applied differently.
My order number is 6701811892. I submitted a refund request, but no assistance or solution was provided. I also received no information about whether the product is covered under warranty, refund, or satisfaction guarantee.
I expect Clinique to either issue a refund or replace the product, and I request that my complaint be taken seriously and resolved promptly.
