I’ve been playing Clash of Clans for over 10 years, and my account has recently been stolen. The account was linked to the email [email protected] and belonged to the clan “arm of İzmir” with the clan code #yuqcvqpj. My player ID was #88uu890rp, and the username at the time was O.
After a few days of being locked out, I managed to regain access through the in-game support system by providing my account details. However, I noticed the username had been changed to fe. I continued playing under that name and updated the email to f**@gmail.com for security. Sadly, about a week later, I lost access again.
When I searched for my account using another profile, I saw that it’s now under a different clan with the code #l89qp0. Someone else is currently using my account. I tried once more to report it via the "my account was hacked" section, but the response I received was that I failed to sufficiently prove ownership—even though I provided all related account data.
This account holds a decade of progress, dedication, and personal investment. It’s where I’ve relaxed and relieved stress for years. Losing it feels devastating.
Supercell, I’m urging you to investigate this seriously and help me recover my account. I have all the necessary details to prove I’m the rightful owner. Please don’t let my 10 years of effort be erased. I need my account back.
