Three days ago, my Clash of Clans account on my iPhone 15 Pro Max device (#L9VPYQRRQ, village name: X-Ray, Town Hall level 14, last clan: Canlar) was taken over by someone else. I contacted the support team to recover my account, but I only received an automated response and no actual assistance. I also have proof of ownership—a receipt for a Gold Pass purchased in-app on April 2, 2024 (₺119.99, document no: 116783524321, order no: MNMN4B3S2S). Despite providing all this information, I have not received any help to get my account back. I request that my account be returned to me as soon as possible.
