Dear Supercell team, I stopped playing Clash of Clans a while ago and recently decided to return. However, I can’t access my account. When I search for my village, it appears in suggestions, but I have no way to log in.
With a friend’s help, I retrieved my old profile details, but I have no idea how my account ended up in someone else’s hands. The only possibility I can think of is that 1-2 years ago, I sold some Free Fire and other game accounts. I may have unknowingly used a Gmail account linked to my Supercell ID, which could have given someone else access.
I never sold my Clash of Clans account, and I know account sales are against the rules. But I suspect that this mistake allowed someone else to take over my account. I originally created it on a Reeder 3G tablet or a General Mobile e-TAB 20.
I already contacted Supercell support, but the automated responses were no help. Please assist me in recovering my account!
