ClarityCheck Refund Request for Repeated Unauthorized Charges
The website ClarityCheck has been charging my Active Bank UPTION credit card every month without my knowledge or authorization. On February 5, March 5, April 5, and May 5, my card was charged approximately $32 each time, for a total of about $129. I never signed up for a membership, subscription, or authorized ClarityCheck to charge my card.
As soon as I discovered these unauthorized charges, I contacted my bank and provided all the requested documents, including transaction receipts, screenshots, and information confirming that the account had been canceled. I fully cooperated and submitted everything the bank asked for. Despite this, the bank has continued sending the same generic responses without offering any meaningful solution or resolving my case.
I request a full refund of all unauthorized charges, that my card security be protected, and that a thorough investigation be conducted into ClarityCheck. I also believe this website operates in a misleading manner, and I ask that the appropriate authorities take action to prevent further consumers from experiencing similar unauthorized charges.
