Claritycheck Subscription Charge I Never Authorized

On June 12, 2026, at 6:49 a.m., my Garanti Bank card was charged $31 by a company called Claritycheck with the transaction listed as a "sale." This charge was made without my knowledge or authorization. I have never signed up for a membership, subscription, or given Claritycheck permission to charge my card.

I tried contacting both Garanti Bank and Claritycheck about this unauthorized transaction. While I was able to reach the bank, I could not get in touch with Claritycheck, and I have not received any explanation regarding this charge. I request a full refund of the unauthorized $31 charge and ask that appropriate measures be taken to prevent Claritycheck from making any future charges to my card without my permission.
