Citroen Berlingo Shine Screen And CarPlay Malfunction

I own a 2025 Citroen Berlingo Shine, and although my car is only a month old, I've been experiencing serious issues with CarPlay and the home screen for about two weeks now. While driving, both the CarPlay connection and the home screen are intermittently switching between settings, and this has happened four times so far. I connect to CarPlay with my Samsung A13 phone, and I encounter the same issue each time. I also have a video recording of the issue. I called the Citroen dealer in Çorlu to report the issue and was told I needed to bring the car in. Although I explained that I could only come in on the weekend, they said they didn't provide repairs on weekends. Despite my car being relatively new, I believe your dealership doesn't prioritize customer satisfaction, isn't solution-oriented, and hasn't helped me with this process. I demand that Citroen fix this issue permanently and that the inspection and repairs be carried out within a timeframe I can come in, especially on the weekend. I want this screen and connection problem that I am experiencing in my newly purchased vehicle to be resolved as soon as possible, taking into account customer satisfaction.
