Citroen Ignored My Complaint About in C5 Aircross and Did Not Process It
On 03.07.2024, I went to the so-called authorized service (Iskanbul Kartal Peugeot Öztek Kartal) to complain about paint chipping on the glass roof of my Citroen C5 Aircross vehicle. At the damage service, an official named Mr. Is***** referred me to someone else with a careless attitude because he was talking about tea and cigarettes! The person who came started to inspect my vehicle with a rude attitude and started to ask questions in a loud voice. They did not process my complaint by saying that we cannot process it later or that it would take a long time to process it after four months. They invited me and went to the Peugeot Öztek Öztek Kartal authorized service after taking leave from my job, but I returned without being able to get the transaction done. I decided to pursue my own case through the courts.
