Citroen Hasn't Delivered Engine Parts for My Berlingo Van After 1.5 Months

I have a Citroen Berlingo Van, and I took it to the service center because the engine failed. I ordered the parts, and at first, I was told it would take around a month for them to get here. It's been a month and a half now, and the parts are still missing. My car is falling apart, but it feels like nobody cares. Getting in touch with the service center is really tough, and when I finally manage to, they say they have no clue about the parts or when they'll show up. This is totally not okay. I don’t have any answers or solutions right now. My car plate is 34****** and the service I go to is "Gülan Citroen Sancaktepe". This type of treatment just adds to the frustration of the situation.
