Citroen Berlingo Feel Bold Bought in 2023 Has Gear and Transmission Issues

I purchased a Citroen Berlingo Feel Bold in May 2023, and after noticing transmission issues just four months later, I took the car to Citroen Arkas Gaziemir branch for repairs. Following a test with technicians, they identified problems with the 1st and 2nd gear in the transmission, as well as noise in the rear brake pads and discs. They requested the necessary parts and carried out the repairs. Upon receiving the vehicle, I realized the problem wasn't completely solved. Additionally, I noticed noises in the right shock absorber after the repair. Three weeks later, when I returned the car to the service center, it took 20 days to diagnose a need for transmission replacement and identify the noise source. The most frustrating aspect was the service center asking for the replacement car back, which they provided as a temporary solution, even before the repair was complete and suggesting I continue using the vehicle with a faulty transmission. This situation has been incredibly frustrating. Due to my intention to exercise my legal rights, I declined the repair, requesting a change of the car, not more than twice in five months, stating my preference for an automatic version with possible cost adjustments. Although initially informed by customer service that changing the car with a price difference is possible, subsequent discussions contradicted this. Despite my request for a new replacement car from Citroen Turkey, the matter has been reduced to face-to-face discussions with the service. I urgently want this issue to be resolved.
