Citroen Left Me Waiting 3 Months for Ami Repair Part Delivery
We had a traffic accident with our Citroen Ami on April 17, 2025. The right front fender, right front door, and right side skirt cladding were damaged. On April 21, 2025, we towed the vehicle to Gülan Otomotiv, an authorized Citroen service center in Sancaktepe, Istanbul, and a damage file was opened. Today is July 30, and we still don't know when the right front door will arrive. We've been waiting for a part for 3.5 months. We bought the car and haven't been able to use it properly. Anyone who wants a Citroen Ami should definitely not consider buying this car after seeing this comment. If someone had walked to get the part, it would have arrived by now. It's impossible to reach the service center anyway. Citroen headquarters has only said one thing, and you're right. Other than that, they don't do anything. In short, the Citroen brand has no brand value. They never stand behind their products. This was our first Citroen car, and it will be our last. I will definitely not drive past their door again. I think we'll be able to get our car after about 5 months. We're incredibly inconvenienced. My wife used to commute to work every day in our car. Imagine what we've been going through for the past three and a half months. In short, the Citroen is a huge regret.
Citroen is such a company that does not care about customer satisfaction that not even one person called to ask what the problem was. I am addressing those who are considering buying a vehicle of this brand. Definitely stay away, otherwise you will end up being a victim like me and many others.
