Citroen Service Delayed My Berlingo Repair and Offers No Support

Hello; After the traffic accident with material damage that I had on 28.01.2025, I delivered my Citroen Berlingo vehicle to Yalova Soysal Citroen service. I received information that the vehicle would be processed on 02.02.2025, the completion process of the service and expertise has not been completed yet, the part approval phase is awaited (24.02.2025). After my conversation with the service, I requested a replacement vehicle. The company does not have a vehicle delivery status for damaged vehicles, I could not receive any support from the company I received service from as a commercial customer. According to the information I learned today, it was stated that the parts are based in France. It was said that the supply process is determined as a minimum of 2 months. How come parts such as bumpers, headlights, hoods take a minimum time. I am satisfied with the vehicle itself, but knowing that the service chaos is this bad directly prevents me from working with the same company again. If they ask me if I will definitely buy a vehicle from the same company again, I will give up only because of this situation. It is very sad to see that the customers are being victimized so much and that there is no support for our business loss within the scope of the guarantee given by the company. I would be very happy if support is given in this regard.
