Cinch Damaged My Car On a Joyride and Refused to Replace It

Clearly Excellent! My Cinch experience has been absolutely disastrous. Last week was scheduled to be my pick-up for my vehicle, but an IT problem delayed delivery. When I arrived at the Cinch shop yesterday, I waited almost an hour only to discover that a staff member had driven my car for a joyride and seriously damaged it. It’s unbelievable how unprofessional this company is. Now the automobile is a write-off, and I cannot get the vehicle I purchased. Cinch's senior management turned down my request for the same make and model at the same price, citing just £300. It's quite funny. If you wish a hassle-free car purchase, avoid Cinch at all costs!
