When I originally picked up my car from Cinch, I was really thrilled. Everything seemed good and the whole purchasing process went without a hitch. But the clutch failed totally one week following delivery. Given the car's modest mileage and five years of age, this was somewhat shocking. "No worries, Cinch offers a warranty," I thought, "right?" As it happens, their supposedly comprehensive warranty hardly covered it. Radio silence greeted me when I contacted them to get the comprehensive report they promise to complete on every one of their vehicles. None of a response, nothing. A company where you pay premium rates for peace of mind expected more. To be honest, I find let down. Purchasing from Cinch seemed to suggest dependability and openness, however that hasn't been my experience at all.
