Cinch Sold Me A Car With Warning Lights and Ongoing Issues
Things went rapidly downhill when I picked up my car from Cinch. I left the premises not long after and soon found caution lights on the dashboard. I also noted a few other car issues. I immediately called Cinch, and although the aftercare staff first seemed helpful and promised to handle it, I never received the update I was advised to expect. I have been after them for a reply but still nothing. To exacerbate things, further issues have emerged since then. I'm beginning to wonder if Cinch genuinely checks its vehicles before they are sold. Not feeling sure about maintaining this car, I'm already hunting for a replacement. This experience has been a headache overall.
