I used Cif Ultra x2 specifically on my metal baseboards, following the instructions carefully, as the product claims it’s safe for metal surfaces. Despite this, my baseboards developed white stains that won’t come off, leaving them visibly damaged. I’m extremely disappointed, as I trusted this product based on its label and the misleading product images.
This has been a major letdown, and I expect an immediate explanation and solution from Cif. For a product marketed as “ultra-powerful,” I didn’t expect it to harm the very surfaces it’s supposed to clean. I’m urging the brand to address this issue and to clarify if this product is truly safe for metal surfaces as advertised.
