Missing Dior Holiday Gift Set and Testers Despite Purchase

I recently purchased a Christian Dior product expecting the holiday gift set and testers widely promoted on social media. Unfortunately, none of the advertised Dior holiday ornaments or testers were included with my order. I specifically chose this item for the gift box, but even the packaging was not the special holiday design I was hoping for.

It’s frustrating that others received these extras while I didn’t, despite spending a significant amount. If Dior cannot fulfill these expectations, they should clearly state so upfront. To make matters worse, I’ve seen social media posts claiming smaller purchases receive better packaging and gifts. This experience has been a major disappointment, and I demand a resolution to compensate for this oversight.
